Cloudy pool water is a bummer! It ruins the look of your pool and can make swimming uncomfortable and unsafe. Why is the water cloudy? It means that there is something wrong with your equipment or chemical balance.

Check the water balance – chlorine, and ph at the least - if your balance is off, contaminants may not be dissolving properly. It could be a sign that algae or worse is on its way.
